Job Description

Sysdig is seeking a GTM Recruiter for a 6-month contract to manage the full-cycle recruiting process for Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and G&A roles. The role involves sourcing, candidate management, pipeline reporting, and collaboration with hiring managers to fill critical positions within a fast-growing cloud security company.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting process
• Partner with hiring managers
• Sourcing and prospecting
• Craft tailored outreach messages
• Maintain ATS data and reporting
• Coordinate candidate touchpoints

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• GTM recruiting experience within cybersecurity SaaS
• Fluency in modern sourcing techniques
• ATS experience (Lever preferred)
• Ability to work autonomously
• Strong communication skills
