Job Description

Sysdig is seeking a Senior Customer Reliability Engineer to provide high-level technical support, foster relationships with development teams, create training materials, and manage customer escalations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud security, container management, and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Senior level technical knowledge on customer issues
  • Foster relationships with development engineering team
  • Develop technical troubleshooting sessions and guides
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles
  • Triage and document bugs and enhancement requests
  • Work with Escalation Management on high-touch accounts
  • Participate in on-call rotations

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Technical Support/Escalation resource
  • Master level Kubernetes and Linux experience
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (Bash/Shell/Python)
  • Knowledge of public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Fluent English language skills
