Job Description

As a Business Development/Capture Manager VII, you will expand the company’s footprint in the US Space Force marketplace by identifying and securing new business opportunities. This role involves developing strategies, leading capture efforts, and acting as a liaison with government agencies to drive business growth and ensure competitiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement customer and market penetration strategies
  • Serve as the primary liaison with government agencies
  • Lead cross-functional teams in developing capture strategies
  • Maintain knowledge of government market developments
  • Act as a consultant in long-range planning
  • Provide industry insights and recommendations
  • Support leadership in business development initiatives
  • Complete personal PDP and attend meetings
  • Perform other related duties

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor's with 16+ years of experience or Master’s with 14+ years of experience
  • Recognized industry specialist with technical expertise
  • Proven track record of successful business development
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop solutions
