Job Description

As a Scrum Master II, you will facilitate backlog execution for Agile and Scrum delivery teams, track development efforts, and report team velocity and impediments to program leadership. The role involves facilitating Scrum planning, managing the product backlog, reporting progress, and ensuring team productivity while leveraging Jira and Confluence for Agile management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the Scrum process
• Set up and maintain Jira boards and Confluence pages
• Link Jira boards to OKR dashboards
• Manage the product backlog and release plans
• Facilitate sprint meetings
• Remove impediments
• Preserve flexibility and respond to changes
• Serve as a Scrum facilitator
• Promote Agile practices
• Perform capacity planning
• Identify growth opportunities
• Ensure contractual deliverables are met
• Complete PDP and attend meetings

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2-4 years of experience, or Master’s degree with 0-2 years
• Comprehensive understanding of Agile principles
• Experience with Jira and Confluence dashboards
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Experience with Agile project management
• Familiarity with Agile practices
• Ability to solve complex problems independently
• Proven track record of facilitating team productivity
