Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver customer training programs
  • Leverage AI tools to create and scale content
  • Incorporate behavioral nudges for product adoption
  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams
  • Analyze training effectiveness and iterate
  • Act as a trusted advisor for customers
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in AI and training

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in customer training or enablement
  • Strong analytics and technical skills
  • Success in building and scaling customer-facing content
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools
  • In-office commitment (4 days/week)
