Job Description

The Product Operations Program Manager will manage the processes, tools, and systems for the product roadmap, partnering with product management, engineering, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and customer satisfaction. This role focuses on roadmap ownership, process implementation, and leveraging AI to enhance roadmapping and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product roadmap backlog
• Create and run forums for stakeholder requests
• Oversee Product Improvement Request (PIR) systems
• Implement AI-based roadmapping systems
• Provide roadmap visibility and weekly updates
• Ensure roadmap alignment with company goals
• Enable informed prioritization and decision-making
• Provide internal and external roadmap updates

Requirements

• Experience in product operations or program management in a SaaS environment
• Strong process design and implementation skills
