project44 is seeking a Program Manager – YMS to drive the delivery of complex solutions for enterprise-level customers. This role involves managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing Enterprise software systems and managing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer implementations
• Manage multiple engagements concurrently
• Facilitate project management methodology
• Present technical solutions to stakeholders
• Conduct weekly status meetings
• Provide training
• Manage post-implementation hyper care
• Interface with internal resources
• Manage financial metrics
• Anticipate customer needs and troubleshoot issues

Requirements

• 3-5 years of program/project management experience
• Experience implementing Enterprise software applications
• Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team
• Experience with geographically dispersed teams
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience implementing enterprise product within logistics facilities
• Experience with IoT devices
• Experience with Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Commitment to working on-site four days a week
