project44 is seeking a Sr. Integration Consultant to manage post-contract integration projects, ensuring seamless implementation for clients across various platforms. The role involves collaboration with sales, support, engagement managers, and customer success teams to deliver a positive customer experience and maximize satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate project management methodology for implementations
• Lead kick-off calls and technical deep dives
• Provide input on test plans and deliver training
• Conduct weekly status meetings and post-implementation hyper care
• Lead project management for accounts without Engagement Managers
• Create and update integration documentation
• Configure the project44 platform

Requirements

• English language skills
• 3-5 years of customer-facing experience in integrations, software delivery, or supply chain technology
• Experience with Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Software and/or supply chain experience
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Commitment to working on-site four days a week
