Job Description

The Senior Solutions Engineer will drive complex enterprise sales engagements, shape how project44 delivers value, lead technical discovery and solution design, mentor other Solutions Engineers, and partner with cross-functional teams to influence the platform's direction. This role requires a storyteller, technologist, and strategist who can articulate the transformative power of project44's technology in global supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical strategy and solution design
• Serve as primary technical authority during sales engagements
• Translate customer challenges into project44 solutions
• Serve as a subject matter expert in supply chain visibility
• Stay current with industry trends
• Design and deliver demos and value assessments
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders
• Represent project44 at industry events
• Mentor Solutions Engineers
• Partner with Product and Engineering
• Collaborate with Implementation and Customer Success
• Support enablement initiatives

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, or consulting
• Deep understanding of global supply chain and logistics
• Proven track record leading complex sales cycles
• Strong grasp of cloud architecture, APIs, and data exchange formats
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in workshops, Proofs of Value, and ROI analysis
• Familiarity with programming concepts and SQL (preferred)
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Commitment to working on-site four days a week
