The Regional Vice President of Sales will lead and scale a world-class sales organization responsible for expanding project44’s footprint. This role involves defining the regional go-to-market strategy, building and inspiring a high-performing enterprise sales team, and driving revenue growth through strategic customer relationships and partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute sales strategy
  • Develop territory and segmentation models
  • Recruit, develop, and retain sales talent
  • Drive pipeline generation and forecasting
  • Build executive-level relationships
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Own regional forecasting and reporting
  • Champion AI-driven tools

Requirements

  • 12+ years of sales leadership experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of revenue growth
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles
  • Strong strategic acumen
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 40-50%
  • Commitment to in-office work four days a week
