Job Description

The Vice President of Sales Performance will lead the strategy and execution of initiatives to maximize revenue growth, sales effectiveness, and go-to-market execution for a global sales organization. This role focuses on improving sales productivity, accelerating revenue attainment, and leveraging technology and data to drive performance.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute sales performance strategy

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in sales leadership, operations, or enablement
  • 5+ years in a senior leadership role
  • Experience leading global SaaS or supply chain technology teams
  • Track record of improving sales productivity
  • Strong business acumen and data-driven decision-making
  • Executive experience in a SaaS environment
  • Technological fluency in CRM, enablement tools, and analytics
  • Deep supply chain and logistics domain knowledge
  • Expertise in go-to-market strategy
