Nearform is seeking a strategic AI Solutions Director to craft and position AI solutions for enterprise clients. This role involves collaborating with sales, marketing, and delivery teams, leading pre-sales engagements, designing solutions, and driving innovation within the AI practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, AI technologies, and a proven ability to engage with executive-level clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams
• Act as an AI subject matter expert
• Lead discovery and pre-sales engagements
• Develop proof-of-concepts and reference architectures
• Translate client objectives into solution roadmaps
• Support early-stage project delivery
• Create case studies and success stories
• Shape and expand the AI practice

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering and technical leadership
• Hands-on experience with solution architecture, cloud platforms, and AI
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
• Experience with Generative AI technologies
• Strong understanding of AI, data pipelines, and cloud ecosystems
• Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
• Success engaging with executive-level clients
• Experience leading pre-sales and solution design discussions
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
