Nearform is seeking a Senior Python Software Engineer to act as a Technical Lead, responsible for guiding development teams and translating business requirements into impactful applications. The role involves frequent travel to client sites within the U.S. and requires experience with Golang, modern Frontend tech stacks, Kubernetes, and CI/CD technologies.

Requirements

• Significant software engineering experience with 2+ years leading projects
• Professional experience with Golang and a modern Frontend tech stack
• Experience working directly with clients
• Kubernetes experience
• Strong CI/CD experience with Terraform and Helm
• Understanding of observability practices and OpenTelemetry
• Experience leading software engineering teams
• Understanding of agile methodologies and design patterns
• Understanding of version control tools like Git
• Understanding of DevOps practices and cloud technologies
