Job Description

Addepar is seeking a Front End Engineer to join their Web Platform Engineering team, focusing on design systems and web application architecture. The role involves enhancing their UI platform, building systems, web components, and design token solutions to improve productivity and consistency across the product.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineers, designers and product owners to deliver high performing customer experiences
• Tackle the challenge of building a global product and team
• Implement common building blocks of Addepar’s user experience
• Create accessible and performant interfaces
• Advocate for best practices and process improvements

Requirements

• B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science or similar
• 3+ years experience as a professional software engineer
• Passion for best practices
• Bias toward smart automation
• Proven ability to collaborate
• 3+ years experience with TypeScript or JavaScript frameworks
• Experience with Stencil, TailwindCSS, and Web Components is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
