Addepar is seeking a Product Operations Lead to join the R&D Operations team. This role will focus on leading large-scale product launches, driving strategic program management, and aligning cross-functional teams to streamline execution. The ideal candidate will champion the product lifecycle framework and provide guidance on best practices for teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive R&D product launches and manage detailed plans
• Lead cross-functional forums
• Develop partnerships with teams to drive progress
• Identify program risks and establish escalation processes
• Champion a metrics-driven approach to launch review
• Coordinate improvements to the Product Lifecycle process
• Map business processes and identify gaps
• Establish program management standards

Requirements

• 8+ years of product operations or program management experience
• 5+ years of SaaS product development program experience
• Solid technical foundation
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Strong business process mapping experience
• Experience with program management tools
• Strong influencing and negotiating skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity
