Job Description

Addepar is seeking a Sr. IAM Architect to lead their internal Identity & Access Management program, enhancing the organization's security posture through strategic direction, process improvement, and collaboration with various teams. This role focuses on improving data quality, lifecycle management, governance, and monitoring within the IAM function.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for the IAM program
• Improve data quality in IAM systems
• Manage identity lifecycles
• Enhance IAM monitoring
• Assist with production readiness for IAM
• Analyze access requirements
• Develop and refine Information Security Policies
• Work with Data Governance team
• Provide operational support for IAM tools

Requirements

• 8+ years of Information Security experience with 5+ years in IAM
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• In-Depth experience with IAM tools
• Familiarity with IT Governance and Compliance
• Familiarity with SOC and Vulnerability management
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate
