Job Description

Addepar is seeking a Business Solutions Analyst to lead cross-functional, systems-driven initiatives within the People Technology team. This role involves translating business needs into technical requirements, managing projects end-to-end, and ensuring user adoption of solutions, primarily within the Workday platform and related HR tools.

Responsibilities

• Requirements gathering with stakeholders
• Project lifecycle management
• Troubleshooting People Technology stack issues
• Building and maintaining test scripts
• Stakeholder communication
• Systems support and configuration

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in Systems Analyst, HRIS, or People Technology Project Management
• Strong written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Workday
• Experience with HR systems (Greenhouse a plus)
• Workday configuration experience a plus
