Addepar is seeking an Institutional Client Success Manager to manage complex relationships with pension funds, foundations, endowments, and asset managers. The role involves strategic guidance, platform adoption, and acting as a consultant to large-scale asset owners, providing feedback to R&D for product development.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate long-term client relationships
• Understand client goals and business requirements
• Provide strategic oversight throughout the client journey
• Develop success plans with clients
• Consult on reporting deliverables
• Drive platform adoption and education
• Identify new revenue opportunities
• Serve as the 'Institutional Voice' to Product and Engineering

Requirements

• 5+ years in client-facing roles
• Experience in Institutional Asset Management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of institutional performance reporting
• Understanding of multi-asset class portfolios
• Experience building relationships with senior executives
• Strong communication and time management skills
