Job Description

Addepar is seeking an experienced Enterprise SaaS Project Manager to lead the implementation of their solutions for Enterprise & Strategic clients. The IPM will manage projects from initiation to closure, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget. This role requires strong project management skills, communication, and the ability to translate broad goals into detailed plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and manage the project lifecycle
• Drive the use of project management principles and tools
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Translate client requirements into project plans
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and resources
• Maintain project documentation
• Partner with architects and consultants
• Identify and propose changes and mitigation plans
• Lead steering committee meetings
• Document lessons learned and recommend improvements

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years of project management
• Experience with enterprise-class SaaS software implementations
• Experience with waterfall & agile methodologies
• Proven leadership ability
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills
• External client-facing experience
• Understanding of project commercials (SOWs, budgeting, resourcing)
• PMP and CSM preferred
• Independent and adaptable
• Some travel required
