Job Description

Addepar is seeking a Portfolio Data Consultant to lead the end-to-end data validation process with clients for data conversion projects. This role requires a strong understanding of financial portfolio data, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver results while maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will be passionate about client success and collaborative problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead data validation process end-to-end
• Hold training and working sessions with clients
• Support clients with data discrepancy research
• Review and document system calculation methodologies
• Coordinate across project teams and provide status updates
• Raise key issues to project team and leadership
• Prioritize and manage simultaneous projects
• Improve processes, workflows, and tools

Requirements

• B.S in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Business or Economics
• 2+ years experience in Finance and Technology
• Understanding of financial markets and portfolio data
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Independent, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Python programming experience is a plus
