Job Description

Addepar is seeking a Validation Specialist to support data conversion for new clients. This role focuses on cross-referencing financial data, identifying inconsistencies, and ensuring accuracy during the onboarding process. It's a detail-oriented, primarily non-client-facing position requiring focus and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Review and compare client data across spreadsheets and platforms
• Identify inconsistencies or gaps in data
• Document and log findings in a standardized format
• Collaborate with Project Leads
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Math, Economics, or related field
• 1+ year of experience in a detail-focused role (data entry, financial operations, data quality assurance)
• Strong organizational skills and focus on accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel)
• Familiarity with financial data is a plus
• Effective time management skills
