Wellhub is seeking a seasoned Vice President of Investor Relations to build and lead their investor relations function as they prepare to become a public company. This role will focus on investor communications, engagement with institutional investors and analysts, and shaping the company's value proposition in the capital markets.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the IR function
• Develop investor materials
• Drive investor targeting and relationship development
• Serve as a senior spokesperson
• Collaborate on IPO planning
• Lead investor events
• Monitor industry activity
• Oversee IR systems and compliance
• Align IR strategy with overall company strategy

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in investment banking or investor relations
• Demonstrated leadership in building IR programs for public companies
• Exceptional communication skills
• Confident executive presence
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Highly collaborative
• Integrity and discretion
• Willingness to travel to the Northeast
