Wellhub is seeking a US User Growth Manager to drive growth of US and Canada-based end-users through personalized communications and tailored offers. This role involves data analysis, collaboration with Sales and Customer Success, and ensuring brand consistency while fostering innovation in user growth strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field
  • 4-5 years experience in B2C marketing, CRM, or customer lifecycle management
  • Experience managing a direct report
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Comfort dealing with client stakeholders
  • Experience with CRM tools (Braze or equivalent)
  • Track record in multi-channel CRM execution
  • Project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience developing playbooks and documentation
  • Fluent English
