Job Description

Appian is seeking a technically curious and customer-focused Solution Engineering Analyst to join their growing team. This role combines technical work with customer service, focusing on software delivery, customer onboarding, troubleshooting, and improving business processes to enhance the customer journey. The position requires a commitment to in-person collaboration at the McLean, Virginia headquarters.

Responsibilities

  • Manage software delivery and customer onboarding
  • Configure application sites for new customers
  • Assist with customer inquiries and troubleshooting
  • Manage support requests
  • Perform maintenance on Appian Cloud sites
  • Coordinate maintenance activities
  • Manage scheduling for upgrades and on-call rotations
  • Work adjusted schedules during quarter-end

Requirements
