Job Description

Appian is seeking a self-starter with exceptional organizational and facilitation skills to be the Learning Business Partner for Corporate Talent Development Programs. This role involves assessing learning needs, designing and delivering engaging learning programs, and coaching individuals and teams to improve performance. The position requires a commitment to in-office collaboration five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Provide facilitation for workshops and learning experiences
• Assess learning needs and craft proposals to close skill gaps
• Build out Appian’s Learning Journeys
• Serve as the lead and liaison for assigned programs
• Collaborate to design impactful learning experiences
• Assess program impact and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 8+ years of experience in Talent Development, L&D, or Corporate Training
• Proven track record of designing and managing leadership development programs
• Exceptional facilitation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Willingness to travel 10-25%
