Job Description

Appian is seeking an Associate Technical Consultant to build and deploy web-based applications using the Appian platform, supporting customer business needs. This role involves hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle, from defining requirements to building integrations, and collaborating with business and technical teams to drive digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy web-based applications using the Appian platform
• Implement business process management applications
• Scale programs across the enterprise
• Define requirements
• Launch new data models
• Build APIs and integrations
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams
• Analyze client’s business strategy and processes
• Develop technical solutions
• Use a design thinking approach for prototyping

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Math, or equivalent
• Experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL, etc.) preferred
• Cloud technologies experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel (20%)
• Experience in business process management, knowledge management, personalization, business intelligence, and application integration
