Job Description

Appian is seeking a Technical Consultant to join their Customer Success team. This role involves engaging with customers post-sales to develop software solutions on the Appian platform, focusing on digital transformation and AI-powered solutions throughout the entire project lifecycle. The consultant will work with clients to define business processes, implement solutions, and drive adoption of the Appian platform.

Responsibilities

• Define business processes and gather requirements
• Design, develop, and implement software solutions on the Appian platform
• Launch relational data models
• Develop APIs for system integration
• Brainstorm and implement AI use cases
• Collaborate with client teams
• Drive client adoption of the Appian platform

Requirements

• 1+ years of software development or technical consulting experience
• B.S./B.A. in related field
• Ability to work with clients to define processes
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with agile methodologies
• Understanding of object-oriented programming
• SQL skills
• US Citizenship
