Job Description

Appian is seeking a Senior Appian Consultant to join their Customer Success team. This role involves engaging with customers post-sales to develop software solutions on the Appian platform, driving digital transformation and competitive differentiation through the entire project lifecycle. The consultant will define, design, develop, and implement custom software and AI solutions, integrating with multiple systems and empowering clients to build process applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop software solutions on the Appian platform
• Define, design, develop, and implement custom software and AI solutions
• Understand client’s business processes and technical needs
• Launch new relational data models
• Develop APIs to integrate with multiple systems
• Brainstorm AI use cases and implement Appian’s AI tools
• Collaborate with client’s technical teams and business users
• Drive adoption by empowering clients

Requirements

• Active Government Clearance (Secret and above)
• Ability to maintain an Active TS:SCI Clearance
• 3+ years of experience with software development or technical consulting
• B.S./B.A. in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Passion for mentoring and leading small teams
• Ability to define business processes and gather requirements
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with agile methodologies
• Understanding of object oriented programming and relational databases
• SQL skills
