Job Description

Appian is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to engage with customers post-sales, developing software solutions on the Appian platform to drive digital transformation. The role involves working throughout the project lifecycle, defining, designing, developing, and implementing custom software and AI solutions using Appian’s low-code platform.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers post-sales to develop software solutions
• Define, design, develop, and implement custom software and AI solutions
• Understand client’s business processes and technical needs
• Launch new relational data models
• Develop APIs to integrate with multiple systems
• Brainstorm AI use cases and implement Appian’s AI tools
• Collaborate with client’s technical teams and business users
• Drive adoption by empowering clients

Requirements

• Active Government Clearance (Top Secret or higher)
• 3+ years of experience with software development or technical consulting
• B.S./B.A. in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Passion for mentoring and leading small teams
• Ability to define business processes and gather requirements
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with agile methodologies
• Understanding of object oriented programming and relational databases
• SQL skills
• Knowledge of software testing practices and API integrations
