Job Description

Appian is seeking a Technical Consultant to join their Customer Success team. This role involves engaging with customers post-sales to develop software solutions on the Appian platform, focusing on digital transformation and AI-powered solutions. The consultant will work throughout the project lifecycle, from defining requirements to implementing and integrating solutions, and empowering clients to become self-sufficient.

Responsibilities

  • Define business processes and gather requirements
  • Design, develop, and implement custom software solutions
  • Launch relational data models
  • Develop APIs for system integration
  • Brainstorm and implement AI use cases
  • Collaborate with client teams
  • Drive client adoption

Requirements

  • US Citizenship
  • 1+ years of software development or technical consulting experience
  • B.S./B.A. in related field
  • Object oriented programming understanding
  • Relational database and SQL skills
  • Knowledge of software testing practices
  • Experience with APIs (REST, SOAP)
  • Familiarity with AWS, AI, and related technologies
  • Willingness to travel (10% or less)
  • Top Secret government clearance
