Job Description

Appian is seeking a Solution Architect with a Top Secret Clearance to support federal customers by delivering low-code solutions. This role involves defining integrated solutions, advising customers on technical design and implementation, and leading innovations within Appian’s Customer Success team.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on technical design and implementation of Appian solutions
• Support the sales cycle with high-value solutions
• Present integrated solutions to customers
• Support customers on configuration, testing, and deployment
• Drive technical success and efficiency for clients
• Lead the development of Appian Customer Success innovations
• Distill technical challenges into best practices
• Support the development of whitepapers and proposals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience advising customers on government cloud platforms
• 10+ years of multi-tier application design and architecture
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience authoring federal proposals and whitepapers
• Experience managing federal programs and projects using agile frameworks
• US Citizenship required
• TS/SCI with CI Poly strongly preferred
