Appian is seeking a Customer Success Manager to serve as a strategic advisor to leading companies, empowering them to transform their businesses using Appian’s software platform. This role focuses on understanding customer goals, building relationships, and ensuring progress against key outcomes while mitigating risks to customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Shape customer goals into actionable plans
  • Drive adoption of Appian applications
  • Identify opportunities for Appian expansion
  • Remove barriers to successful adoption
  • Establish strategic partnerships with clients
  • Monitor account health and ensure satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (technical field preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, success management, or advisory services
  • Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor
  • Experience with enterprise technology solutions (SaaS/PaaS)
  • Strong understanding of system integration and data architecture
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • Experience with agile software development
  • Willingness to travel 25–50%
