Job Description

Technical Delivery Managers at Appian are responsible for ensuring customers achieve remarkable business results through technology engagements and driving customer growth through technology expertise. They manage and deliver innovative solutions built on the Appian platform, overseeing agile delivery, risk management, and working closely with sales and partners to drive growth in strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver innovative solutions on the Appian platform
• Oversee all aspects of agile delivery
• Manage risk and remove impediments
• Collaborate with sales reps to drive growth
• Manage project, account, relationships, financials, and opportunities
• Drive results and growth at strategic accounts

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in an agile delivery environment
• 5+ years of experience leading a team
• B.S./B.A. in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics or related field
• Experience managing a book of business
• Experience leading agile delivery teams
• Experience understanding customer’s strategic goals
• Experience with value selling methods
• Ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships
• Intellectual curiosity and excellent communication skills
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
