Technical Delivery Managers at Appian are responsible for ensuring customers achieve remarkable business results through technology engagements and driving customer growth through technology expertise. They manage and deliver innovative solutions built on the Appian platform, overseeing agile delivery, risk management, and collaborating with sales and partners to drive results and growth at strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver innovative solutions on the Appian platform
• Oversee agile delivery, including risk management
• Collaborate with sales reps to drive growth
• Manage project management, account management, and relationship building
• Handle financial management, opportunity qualification, and demand generation

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in an agile delivery environment
• 5+ years of experience leading a team
• B.S./B.A. in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience managing a book of business with financial metrics
• Experience leading agile teams and managing enterprise programs
• Understanding of customer strategic goals and technology positioning
• Experience with value selling methods
• Strong relationship building and communication skills
