Appian is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to ensure customers achieve remarkable business results through technology engagements and drive customer growth. The role involves managing and delivering innovative solutions on the Appian platform, overseeing agile delivery, and collaborating with sales and partners to drive results and growth at strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver innovative solutions on the Appian platform
• Oversee all aspects of agile delivery
• Manage risk and remove impediments
• Collaborate with sales to drive growth
• Manage project finances and account strategy
• Build relationships with customers and partners
• Define project scope and generate demand

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in agile delivery with 5+ years leading a team
• B.S./B.A. in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience managing a book of business
• Experience leading agile teams
• Understanding of customer strategic goals
• Experience with value selling methods
• Strong relationship building skills
• Industry experience in Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, Insurance, or Manufacturing (Preferred)
• Software consulting experience (Preferred)
