Job Description

Technical Delivery Managers at Appian are responsible for ensuring customer success through technology engagements and driving customer growth. They manage and deliver solutions built on the Appian platform, oversee agile delivery, manage risk, and collaborate with sales and partners to achieve results and growth at strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver innovative solutions on the Appian platform
• Oversee agile delivery, including risk management
• Collaborate with sales to drive growth in strategic accounts
• Manage project management, account management, and relationship building
• Handle financial management, opportunity qualification, and demand generation

Requirements

• Experience managing a book of business with financial tools
• Experience leading agile teams and managing enterprise programs
• Understanding of customer strategic goals and technology positioning
• Experience with value selling methods
• Ability to develop strategic relationships
• 5+ years of experience in an agile environment with 1+ year leading a team
• B.S./B.A. in related field
• DoD background, ideally with Army, Navy, or USAF contracts
