Job Description

Appian is seeking a strategic Program Manager to lead initiatives strengthening the Public Sector customer experience. This role focuses on onboarding, adoption, value realization, and renewal for government clients, requiring cross-functional collaboration and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize customer success programs
  • Lead and manage large-scale, cross-functional projects
  • Develop and manage a strategic roadmap of customer success initiatives
  • Serve as the voice of the customer
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate risks to customer success

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 10+ years of experience in program management, customer success, or related field
  • Proven ability to execute complex programs and projects
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with CRM software and customer success platforms
