Job Description

Appian is seeking an undergraduate intern to join their Customer Success team. The intern will gain real-world experience building and deploying web-based applications on the Appian platform, supporting customers' business strategies under the guidance of full-time consultants. This is a 10-week, in-person program based in McLean, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy web-based applications on the Appian platform
• Support customers' business strategies
• Analyze business strategies and processes
• Develop technical and non-technical solutions
• Prototype and model business processes
• Construct, implement, and deploy business process management solutions
• Design change management artifacts

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Math, Computer Science, Economics, or equivalent
• Aptitude for analyzing business strategies
• Solid foundation or passion for technology
• Desire to use a design-thinking approach
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Preferred experience with relational databases and cloud technologies
