Appian is seeking a Career Manager to develop and execute a career management program for consultants within the Customer Success team. This role focuses on professional development, skill enhancement, and career progression, aligning individual aspirations with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will guide consultants, improve talent processes, and collaborate with leaders to meet regional needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop career management frameworks and processes
  • Lead creation and execution of career development programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in HR, Talent Management, or Career Counseling
  • Experience in a consulting or professional services environment
  • Strong interpersonal and counseling skills
