Appian is seeking a highly motivated leader to partner with the Executive Vice President of Product & Solutions. This role will serve as a trusted advisor, operational leader, and connective force across Product, Solutions, and key cross-functional partners, driving organizational priorities and ensuring effective execution of product strategies.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic priorities with the EVP
• Drive priorities across Product & Solutions
• Facilitate strategic decision-making
• Manage operating rhythm for the product organization
• Serve as a trusted advisor
• Connect Product, Solutions, and other functions
• Build trust and foster collaboration

Requirements

• 15+ years of professional experience
• Experience in a high-growth environment
• Management consulting, strategy, or business operations background preferred
• Exceptional communication skills
• MBA preferred; Bachelor’s degree required
• Ability to drive change
• Ability to partner with senior leaders
