As a Senior Manager, Product Management, you will lead the AI & Industry Solutions group, overseeing the vision, product portfolio backlog, and career growth of a team of product managers. This role combines product management leadership with Group Product Lead responsibilities, shaping product strategy and team excellence within the business process automation and AI markets.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 8+ years as a Product Manager, 3+ years as a manager
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Deep understanding of business process automation market
• Strong technical foundation
• Desire to guide and empower others
• Experience with quarterly/annual planning
• Passion for understanding user needs
