Job Description

Appian is seeking a strategic industry expert in Financial Services for their rapidly growing business. The Industry Lead will collaborate across Appian to enable client success with their digital transformation efforts, contributing to growth in software revenue across new and existing clients in the financial services market.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize new applications for Appian's software to clients
• Provide strategy and coaching to various Appian teams
• Design programs to penetrate new target accounts
• Deliver thought leadership to generate prospect interest
• Provide market knowledge and guidance to Appian Sales & Partner organizations
• Lead and participate in sales presentations
• Support marketing strategy by participating in trade shows and creating content
• Participate in the bid and proposal process

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and MBA preferred
• 15+ years of experience in a leadership role at a banking or capital markets firm
• Experience driving change and new solutions
• Understanding of digital transformation trends and FinTech/RegTech
• Good technical aptitude
• 40% travel expected
