Appian is seeking an experienced Value Engineering specialist to assess and communicate the value their top-tier customers have realized from their software solutions. The role involves analyzing data, conducting stakeholder interviews, and developing value realization reports to highlight ROI, efficiency gains, and strategic benefits.

Responsibilities

• Support the build-out of a high-performing Value Engineering team
• Engage with customers to understand their business challenges and objectives
• Evaluate the ongoing value and impact of software solutions for existing customers
• Quantify the financial and strategic value of software solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams and customer stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for enhancing value delivery
• Develop and deliver presentations and proposals

Requirements

• 7+ years in value engineering, business analysis, or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline
• Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and analytical tools
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strategic thinking capabilities
• Proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
