Job Description

Appian is seeking a high-energy, results-driven sales leader to drive and manage the growth of their Enterprise sales team. The Regional Vice President will be responsible for achieving booking targets across the US, leading a team of 4 to 8 Enterprise Account Executives, and working with the sales leadership team to meet overall quotas.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Successful track record in software sales as a sales team leader
  • Experience defining territories, assigning quotas, and determining target accounts
  • Experience managing and coaching team members
  • Experience working with resellers & channel partner teams
  • 10+ years direct sales experience
  • 5+ years in enterprise software sales as a sales team leader
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years experience selling in the U.S. Public Sector
  • Working knowledge of business process automation
  • Excellent written / verbal communication and presentation skills
