Job Description

Appian is seeking an Associate Application Engineer to develop large-scale, internal applications that support Appian employees worldwide. In this role, you will become an expert on Appian's software, working directly with internal stakeholders throughout the entire life-cycle of projects to define, design, and implement business process-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Leverage experience in process improvement disciplines
• Construct, implement, and deploy process-centric business process management solutions
• Analyze client's business strategy and develop technical solutions
• Design prototypes, model business processes, and analyze requirements
• Implement quality assurance plans, load testing, and roll-out plans
• Triage and troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support
• Communicate effectively and demonstrate a passion for technology

Requirements

• B.S./B.A. in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related technical field
• Experience with cloud computing technologies like AWS
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Passion for AI-driven innovation
• Professional English proficiency
• Exceptional communication and customer management skills
