Job Description

The Associate Strategy Analyst will be a contributing member of the Appian Strategy Office (ASO), supporting business analysis, strategic initiatives, and report creation on company performance. They will collaborate with tenured team members and support executive meetings with customers and prospects, contributing to Appian's growth and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop a sophisticated understanding of Appian’s business
• Support executive meetings with customers and prospects
• Support quarterly public company earnings call research and processes
• Produce and validate recurring company operational performance reports
• Support quantitative and qualitative research
• Create performance models
• Measure the impact of initiatives
• Develop trust and respect with others

Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in related field(s)
• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Commerce, Operations Management, Business Analysis, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent analytical discipline
• Data-driven, analytical, attention-to-detail mindset
• Self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment
