Job Description

Appian is seeking high-potential, ambitious university graduates to join their intensive multi-year Sales Development Program. This program is a fast-track to becoming a quota-carrying Account Executive at a leading enterprise software company, providing a 360-degree view of the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Intensive technical and sales training
  • Learn the Appian platform, customer use cases, and core technical concepts
  • Build professional soft skills
  • Pipeline development and outbound hunting
  • Drive high-volume activities: outbound prospecting, inbound lead response, and opportunity qualification
  • Customer growth and retention
  • Shadow and support senior Account Managers
  • Focus on customer renewals, cross-sell plays, and strategic account planning

Requirements

  • Highly motivated and competitive
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  • Willingness to relocate to a designated Appian Sales Hub City
  • Ability to travel
  • Bachelor’s degree (ideally graduating Spring 2026)
