Job Description

As Chief of Staff, you will operate as a strategic extension of the CEO — driving focus, alignment, and execution across the company. You’ll play a pivotal role in scaling the organization, shaping cross-functional priorities, and ensuring operational excellence as we accelerate growth.

Responsibilities

  • Define, operationalize, and track company-wide strategic priorities and initiatives
  • Surface insights, identify gaps, and accelerate decision-making
  • Manage day-to-day CEO workflows
  • Drive execution of high-priority initiatives across GTM, Product, and Operations
  • Align strategic projects with business goals
  • Build dashboards and reporting cadences
  • Anticipate and unblock operational issues
  • Ensure a strong rhythm of communication and accountability
  • Partner on board communications, investor updates, and strategic narrative
  • Support external engagements with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders
  • Coordinate preparation and follow-up for key leadership and investor meetings
  • Act as a force multiplier for the CEO’s time
  • Own preparation and follow-up for leadership meetings
  • Drive clarity and alignment across teams

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, operations, Chief of Staff, or equivalent roles
  • Experience working as a Chief of Staff in scaling organizations during Series A–C growth stages
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and work with senior executives
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and structured problem-solving skills
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Based in the Bay Area with ability to work from the office
