Interface AI is building a universal banking assistant powered by BankGPT to drive financial well-being for millions of consumers. As the first Principal Product Designer, you will lead the design revolution for a new era of banking defined by Agent AI, shaping a digital companion that redefines financial well-being and enhances workforce productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to delivery
• Conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design solutions
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Design conversational interfaces for AI-driven interactions
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights
• Establish and maintain design guidelines and best practices
• Mentor and guide future design team members
• Drive the design vision for multi-modal interfaces
• Collaborate with AI and engineering teams to redefine customer and employee interactions

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• 10 years of experience in product design, with expertise in conversational AI and banking products
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles
• Experience designing conversational interfaces and familiarity with AI platforms
• Knowledge of banking industry trends and best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Skill in using prompt engineering techniques
