Job Description

Interface AI is building a universal banking assistant to drive financial well-being for millions of consumers. As the Principal Product Manager, you will own the vision, roadmap, and execution for the Interface Self-Service Platform and the Core Agentic AI Platform that powers all of their products. This is a foundational role impacting every customer, team, and product line.

Responsibilities

• Drive Cross-Team Alignment and Adoption

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, including experience in platform, AI, or developer product teams
• Prior background in engineering (3-4 years of experience and formal CS degree)
• Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS architectures, config-driven systems, and platform abstractions
• Experience owning multi-tenant platforms with internal tools, admin dashboards, or governance workflows
• Comfort working across engineering, design, research, and customer teams
• Skill in using prompt engineering techniques
